Buying a property is considered to be one of the most significant transactions of a lifetime. To help you understand the process and benefit from precious advice, the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) has produced a brochure to help protect the public interest. Before the new law on real estate was enacted, this organization was known as Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ).

The PDF document was produced before the name change but the information it contains is still up-to-date.
